Booking & Availability. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends and holidays.
Can I book online?
Yes, you can book online or reach out to us directly to submit a booking request.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is needed to secure your booking.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, changes can be made, subject to equipment availability.
Delivery & Collection. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Wellington, Porirua, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Kapiti Coast, and surrounding areas.
Do you set everything up?
Yes, we handle delivery, setup, testing, and equipment explanations. However, party lighting and PA sound systems must be collected and returned by the customer unless they are booked alongside a Jukebox or Karaoke system.
Do you collect after the event?
Yes, we can arrange collection after your event.
Can I collect the equipment?
Yes, customers can collect and return party lighting and PA sound systems. Jukebox and Karaoke collection may also be arranged.
Karaoke & Music. How many songs are included?
Our karaoke library features thousands of songs spanning various genres and decades. You can view the complete karaoke song list here.
Do I need internet?
No, the karaoke library operates offline.
Can I use Bluetooth?
Yes, most systems are compatible with Bluetooth audio.
Do I need a TV?
No display is included in your karaoke package.
Sound Systems: Can I connect my phone?
Yes, you can connect via Bluetooth or AUX, depending on the system.
Are the speakers loud enough?
We offer systems that cater to everything from intimate gatherings to large parties.
Do microphones come with the system?
Yes, microphones are included where specified in your selected package.
Party Lighting: Can the lights flash to the music?
Yes, many of our lighting effects are sound-activated.
Can I hire lighting by itself?
Absolutely! You can hire lighting on its own or combine it with a package.

We accept bank transfers or cash payments.

We thoroughly test all equipment before hire and provide support if any issues arise.

What is included in a karaoke hire?
Our karaoke packages come with a professional sound system, microphones, karaoke software featuring thousands of songs, and all necessary cables.
How long can I hire the equipment for?
Most hires are available for overnight or full-day periods, with longer hire durations available upon request.
Do you deliver karaoke/jukebox to Lower Hutt, Porirua and the Kāpiti Coast?

How much does karaoke hire cost in Wellington?
Option 1= Jukebox music only Price: $300
Option 2 = Karaoke music only Price: $320
Option 3 = JukeBox & Karaoke music Combo Price: $350
There may be a deliver and pick-up fee depending on where your venueis located within the Wellington region. but it will be no more then $100
